Commencement.

A strange word, commencement; while most view it as the end of an educational journey, in truth it's a start of what most hope is something fruitful and brimming with potential - here's to hoping they'll show up from time to time here.

A brief word about the blog. What intend here is to document my culinary adventures; and while I eat just about everything, and am willing to try anything, what I would love for this blog in to truly demonstrate is my path towards eating in vogue - namely as locally, sustainably and as conscientious as possible. And yes, trying to eat it all, including increased and diversified vegetables, I think is a fine task.
